FREIGHT

Shipping in Norway is at a fixed price of NOK 199.-
Shipping costs, import duty and local taxes will be added to the price for orders shipped outside of Norway.
Depending on where in the world you live, we will use different freight companies to send out your order.

 

PAYMENT

The order has to be payed in conjunction with order placement. This also applies to pre-orders.
Order cancellation with full refund is possible at any time by contacting us at sgnskis@sgnskis.com.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information about our customers will never be sent to any third parties. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others for marketing purposes etc.

 

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

Credit card details are securely handled at all times. Transactions will be managed by Stripe.

 

SHIPPING

Hurrungane 101 & Hurrungane 101 Carbon will be ready to ship in week 39, 2016.
Hurrungane 89, Rakkar, Togga, Togga Light and Tunnelvisjon will be ready to ship in week 44, 2016. 

Your order will be shipped out within 5 working days. If something happens that delays this process, we will let you know.
When your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number on your email.

Shipping times will vary depending on what country you are located in. Within Norway it usually takes 2-4 working days, outside Norway shipping takes between 5-10 working days.

We will supply you with a tracking number once the pastel has left our warehouse! 

 

LOCAL PICKUP IN SOGNDAL

If you choose pickup in Sogndal please contact us first so you are sure we are at the office! Our normal opening hours are: monday-friday 09:00-15:00. If it's snowing we are not there :) 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you for some reason want to cancel your order, please let us know by contacting us on post@sgnskis.com . Cancellation can be done up to the day of shipment.

 

RECLAIM

In case your ordered product has any damage from shipping or any other errors, please contact us as soon as possible on sgnskis@sgnskis.com. We will then shortly write back to you with information about how to proceed.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

You have a 21 day right to return period on all products. Please contact us on sgnskis@sgnskis.com, and we will tell you how to return the skis to us. The shipping back will be at your own expense, and the product needs to be unused and in good state. Your money will be returned when the skis have arrived to us.
