TVC_liggende_2500.png

Asbjørn Eggebø Næss signature model, the Tunnelvisjon have been given a proper makeover. While the shape and rocker profile have been retained, what hides below the surface is something completely different.

A lightweight paulownia wood core reinforced with premium grade carbon fiber makes the Tunnelvisjon Carbon more than 300g lighter than its predecessor per ski. Vertically laminated titanal gives dampening, stability and control when conditions vary. This ski can handle any mountainside within the reach of your skins.

Basically the Tunnelvisjon Carbon can do anything the old Tunnelvisjon can do, but it will also make you able to reach those lines you haven't reached before.

This limited edition ski have been made in only 20 pairs in total. So if you like what you see, then there is no reason to wait around.

OPPDATER!

FREERIDE TAIL

Obtaining the feeling of a directional ski, but at the same time able to ski switch. Rockered pintail design reduces drag and loves spinning out of deep snow.

CAMBER UNDERFOOT

A traditional cambered design gives you stability and versatility on any condition. On hardpack a camber design is unmatched.

FREERIDE TIP

A smaller version of the powder tip, reducing the width and length of the taper. With an ecliptic rocker design, this tip works in any speeds in any types of snow.

PAULOWNIA AND CARBON

A paulownia core in a carbon chassis. By reducing the amount of wood and substituting it with carbon you get a lighter ski, still obtaining the wood properties.

SCRATCH FREE TOPSHEET

Our scratch free top sheet is developed to endure the abuse your skis go through. Its pattern is design to not collect snow while touring, reducing the weight on each foot.

P-TEX BASE - POWDER

The ski has a durable P-tex 5920 base. On our touring skis the base is ground for all conditions, but will excel on dry snow, typically found mid winter.

SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION

A sandwich construction delivers uncompromised power transmission and exceptional torsional stiffness in a durable long lasting package.

Fjærlandsfjorden is home of a rare phenomenon, seen few other places on earth. On a few special days each winter, a breathtaking light hits the fjord and a golden light show erupts. Other days when the sun sets behind the mountains the light can be vibrant and red. Tunnelvisjon Carbon captures this intense red and flaming light show so suitable for such an fierce ski.

DISCOUNTED PRICES ON PACKAGE DEALS

Together with Intersport Sogndal we have carefully curated a setup consisting of skins and bindings that work perfectly with our skis.

Mounting directions:

The mounting point is marked on the top-sheet of the ski. The line marks our recommended placement of the boot-centre and is a result of hours of testing and calculations. Different skiers have different preferences when it comes to binding placement, so even though our recommendation for most skiers will give the optimal skiing experience, some skiers might want to shift the mounting a little bit forward or backward.
