SGNskis guarantees that our products will be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If any problem arises please contact us on sgnskis@sgnskis.com and describe the problem.
It is helpful if you attach a picture clearly showing the problem. We will evaluate your complaint, and decide if you should return the skis to us. If we find the product defective, SGNskis liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion. In the event of an exact replacement of skis that are no longer available, SGNskis will replace your product with one of comparable performance, size and value.
Please note the following exceptions from the warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Damage caused by impact with any surface or object other than snow (rocks, trees, stumps, etc…).

Damage caused by use of solvents.

Cosmetic issues including top sheet dents or chips, sun-faded graphics, and edge oxidation or rust.

Normal wear and tear.

Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damage.

This warranty is void if any modification, change, or alternation has been made to the skis or product in question.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.


We know time is essential when your gear is broken, and we will do everything we can to get you back on snow as quickly as possible.
